Dietary advices:

  • It is important to eat several meals every day, at least 3 to 5 per day. This helps maintain a constant sugar level during the day and helps the weight loss.
  • Reducing the daily meals does not help weight loss in long terms.
  • Do not eat large evening meals. It has been shown that the calories we take during a day are used by the body to produce energy, while the calories we take in the evening, remain unused and accumulate in the body as fat.

  • Watch out for the GDAs on the products you consume, so check the daily intake in calories and fat.
